BABS WINN is accomplished and involved in many different arenas. As an entrepreneur, actress and lead singer for her country/rockabilly/blues band, she exerts her versatility both on stage and off. MISS BABS & the Kickin’ Boogie Band continues to perform at various events, including recent appearances at Lincoln Center’s Midsummer Night Swing, Westbury Music Fair, NYC & Long Island Outdoor Concert Series and various charity benefits and corporate functions. Her CD, “GOOD HOME COOKIN”, hit the top 50 on the Pan European Charts and continues to receive raves from music lovers far and near.
When Babs is not recording or performing with her band, she can be found on the New York musical stage, Film, TV & Cabaret. Her latest accomplishments include playing the part of “Gretchen Van Tassel” in THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW at the York Theatre Company Reading Series and “Mama” in the trailer trash musical, TAKE THIS SHOW & SHOVE IT, “Tanya” in the upcoming Onion News Network series COUNTRY STARS TELL TERRORISTS and can be seen as “Madame Stagmire” in the soon to be released film The Hollow Tree.

Babs’s flexibility and versatility continues to be her strength. It has allowed her to make several appearances on several live cooking presentations shows including QVC in Germany, London, HSN, TSC (in Canada) and several appearances with George Foreman, himself, for the “Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine”.
